I’m really happy with the sunglasses-they are beautiful and exactly as pictured. However, there always seems to be an issue with UPS. They held my package, and I had to call twice, complete additional paperwork and pay two separate fees before it could be released. The entire process was unnecessarily complicated, time-consuming and frustrating. I never experience these problems with DHL-their service is consistently far more efficient and straightforward. Based on my repeated experiences, I would always choose DHL over UPS.
